Since I’ve taken the course, I do have more concrete action steps now. Where I had 10 to 20 ideas before, now I’ve narrowed that down to four really solid potential directions to job search in. Since the course was designed to help us think about jobs from an employer’s perspective versus the employee’s perspective, I now understand how different roles in the organization aid the profit-making enterprise and which roles I want to pursue.
