You know, you get that mentality of the military of like, Hey, you do this, and then you immediately get this. Like, okay, go to teachers and you immediately become successful out there in the civilian world. But, you know, obviously, there’s a lot, you see a lot of people get out and that’s not true. So you’re just like, oh, well, you know, what am I missing here? Or what are they missing that I need to figure out before I go through those steps? Changing the mindset, like, okay, this is why I’m thinking this.

If someone’s actually willing to take the effort to be successful out there and change their mindset, then I highly recommend it. I don’t think anyone’s that stubborn to  want to not look at things differently, especially when they’re encountering something new, you know, transitioning out of the military. Like not most people only get out of the military once. So chances are they don’t already have that experience. So it’s good to always get as much information as you can get.
